Hi, I'm Jack
I'm the owner of Wink's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Ltd. I started the business because I wanted to provide a reliable cleaning service where customers know who is turning up and who is responsible for the work.
I'm based in Stafford and spend most of my week cleaning carpets, upholstery, mattresses, hard floors and artificial grass, as well as dealing with carpet repairs and difficult stains.
Before every clean I'll walk you through what to expect and be honest about what results are achievable. A lot of the advice you'll see on this website comes from real jobs I've carried out and problems I've dealt with in customers' homes and businesses.
Hands-On Cleaning Experience
Jack has around 3.5 years of professional cleaning experience, and Wink's has been operating for about the same time. Every week is spent on real jobs in homes and businesses across Staffordshire.
Stain removal is one of the things he deals with most, from coffee and wine to pet accidents and marks other methods have already failed on. His day-to-day work covers:

Wink's uses a truck-mounted cleaning system, which Jack has invested over £15,000 in, alongside portable kit (£4,000) for flats and places the van can't reach.

- COSHH training (safe handling of cleaning chemicals)
- Health and safety training
Insurance and Guarantee
Wink's carries liability insurance including treatment risk insurance for the cleaning work we carry out.
If you're not happy with the result, Jack will come back and re-clean the area free of charge. If you're still not satisfied, you get your money back.
