Question 1

How does your upholstery cleaning service work?

Accepted Answer

Wink's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning offers a thorough and effective upholstery cleaning service to refresh and revitalise your furniture. Here's how our upholstery cleaning process works: First, we do a pre-assessment on the day. Our trained technician will inspect your upholstery to determine fabric type and any stains or spots. The assessment helps to tailor the cleaning process. We will prepare the area to prevent any damage to your floors and other furnishings. We'll start by thoroughly vacuuming the upholstery. Then we will spot clean where necessary. Next, we'll clean your upholstery using state-of-the-art equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. Our cleaning products are designed to break down and remove dirt, oils, and stains. Our equipment will extract the cleaning solution along with any dirt, leaving your upholstery clean and fresh. We then use specialised equipment to speed up the drying process. Drying is essential to prevent mould growth and ensure your furniture is ready to use as soon as possible. Then follows a final inspection of your upholstery, ensuring we meet our high standards of cleanliness. Finally, you can decide whether you'd like us to add and apply a fabric protector on your upholstery. Fabric protector helps to repel future stains and makes routine cleaning more manageable.

How often should I have my upholstery professionally cleaned?

Accepted Answer
