Wink's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning looks after households right across Stone, from the older properties near the High Street to the newer estates on the edge of town. You deal with Jack from the first phone call to the final inspection, which is how a family business should work.
Every carpet is different. A busy hallway in a family home needs a different approach to a wool bedroom carpet that has simply lost its lift, so we assess the fibre and the wear before choosing solutions and machine settings.
Our truckmounted hot water extraction pulls out the grit, dust and residue that a domestic vacuum leaves behind, and drying fans keep downtime short so Stone residents can get their rooms back the same day.
We also clean for shops, offices and holiday lets in the area. Whatever the job, you get a fixed price up front, an honest opinion on what we can achieve and no pressure to add extras you don't need.
As well as Stone, we regularly clean carpets across Staffordshire — including Penkridge, Cannock and Rugeley — and we also provide carpet cleaning in Stafford, Eccleshall, Great Haywood and Penkridge. We also offer upholstery cleaning in Stone.
Our truckmount extracts far more moisture than a portable machine, and we finish with specialist drying fans, so most rooms are ready to walk on again within a couple of hours.
No cheap, harsh chemicals. Everything we use is non-toxic and chosen so your carpets are properly clean without leaving anything behind that you wouldn't want around children or pets.
Jack follows the same thorough process on every job, including proper rinsing, so carpets don't re-soil quickly and still look good months after we've been.
You get a written confirmation of your appointment, a reminder before the day, and a real person to speak to if anything needs changing.

We're a small local family business. Jack does the work himself, so there's never a call centre or a subcontractor between you and the person cleaning your carpets.
You're quoted a price before we lift a hose, and that's the figure you pay. No day-rate surprises and no extras added once we're in the house.
Every clean is covered. If you're not happy we'll come back and put it right, and if you're still not happy we refund you in full.
Professional-grade equipment and proper technique at a fair price. The aim is carpets that stay clean far longer, not just a quick surface freshen-up.
Non-toxic solutions throughout, so the family and the dog can be back on the carpet as soon as it's dry.
With 479 five-star Google reviews from customers across Staffordshire, Stone households can book knowing exactly what standard to expect.

I was called out to a house in Stone, not far from the Crown Wharf Pub. The job involved cleaning the carpets in the lounge and dining room.
